A key component of HETG's offering is its ability to offer 24x7x365 maintenance and technical support. Our locations throughout Ireland allows us to offer this service nationwide. We offer support contracts with service level agreements for customers, which are tailored to the specific requirements of the customer and offer different response times - two hours, four hours, next business day and so on.

We offer our customer three levels of support

• Level 1:
  Call is logged by our helpdesk Engineer, the customer issue is assessed at this point and categorised according to its severity
• Level 2:
  Remote access from a certified Engineer, using the latest access technology we can take over the customers system and trouble shoot the problem to identify the issue
• Level 3:
  A certified engineer will be sent on site to resolve the issue within the SLAs agreed with the customer.
