Irish IT services company Evros has been awarded a Managed Service Contract by IVAX Pharmaceuticals, Waterford, Ireland to provide support and management for its server and SAN (storage area network) environment.
IVAX is part of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, one the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world. The company develops, manufactures and markets generic and innovative pharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Evros has released details of a significant project win with EPS located in Cork, Ireland. The project was to supply and install a new video conferencing solution for EPS
On the 13th of July 2007, EPS Ireland opened their new, 2,000 square metre headquarters at Quartertown in Mallow. The state-of-the-art €4 million facility, featuring the latest technology and video conferencing (VC) facilities to link all of the EPS branches around the island, incorporates the new Research & Development and Export divisions and accommodates 130 staff.
Evros has released details of a significant project with St. Vincent’s Hospital, one of Ireland’s leading medical treatment and teaching hospitals. The deal, part of St. Vincent’s IT consolidation strategy, will support administrative and patient services on a newly installed state-of-the art IT infrastructure.
St. Vincent's University Hospital, a major academic teaching hospital, provides front line emergency service and national/regional medical care at inpatient and outpatient level. The hospital provides in excess of 40 medical specialties ranging from clinical training, primary care treatment, and therapeutic services to laboratory services and medical research.
June 06: Evros awarded IT implementation project for new premier hotel and country club – Roganstown Golf and Country Club.
Evros has released details of a significant project win with Roganstown Golf and Country club located in Dublin, Ireland. The project was to supply; install and project manage a new IT infrastructure installation for Roganstown.
Roganstown Golf and Country Club is set just outside Dublin and offers hotel, golf and leisure facilities of the highest international standards. Roganstown is now a firm favourite of visitors from around the world and is one of only a handful golf courses in Ireland to be awarded a Gold Ranking in the HSBC Regional Golf Course Rankings for 2005/2006.
Evros has released details of a significant project with Airtricity, a world leading renewable energy company located in Dublin, Ireland. The project was to install a SAN solution for all of Airtricity’s data storage and backup requirements.
Airtricity is a world leading renewable energy company, developing and operating wind farms across Europe and North America. As an integrated utility, the company is both a generator and supplier of green electricity and currently supplies green electricity to over 35,000 commercial customers in Ireland. Airtricity was founded in 1999 and now employs over 360 people across its offices in Ireland, Scotland, England the United States and Canada.
